Tyre fitting centre listings

Alongside its main business of selling tyre products ("Products"), Dr-Rubber offers a free, optional service enabling customers ("you") to get in touch with professional garages ("Fitting Centres"). This service allows these centres to receive your orders of Products and fit them to your vehicle under their own responsibility ("Fitting Services").

1. How the service works

1.1. Service description

Dr-Rubber acts as a technical intermediary, helping you connect with the Fitting Centres listed on www.Dr-Rubber.fr. These centres can receive the Products you order on our website and fit them to your vehicle. Dr-Rubber therefore acts as a hosting provider and enables you to enter into Fitting Services contracts directly with these centres, without being a direct party to those contracts.

1.2. Charges for the introduction service

Dr-Rubber receives no remuneration for introducing you to Fitting Centres.

1.3. Payment for Fitting Services

The price of Fitting Services is specified in the profile of your chosen Fitting Centre and must be paid directly to that centre when you collect your vehicle.

1.4. Delivery

If you wish, the Products you purchase can be delivered directly to the Fitting Centre selected when placing your order on www.Dr-Rubber.fr.

1.5. Guarantees and insurance

Dr-Rubber does not assume responsibility for Fitting Services, which rests solely with the Fitting Centre. In a dispute, you must contact the centre concerned.

However, when a centre registers, we check that it holds insurance with a recognised insurer covering certain potential losses.

1.6. Cancellation and right of withdrawal

You can cancel a Fitting Service before it is performed and collect the Products delivered to the centre. Please note that the Fitting Centre may charge storage fees, as specified in its profile.

1.7. Dispute management

As Dr-Rubber is not a party to contracts between you and the Fitting Centre, it does not intervene in any disputes. These must be resolved directly between you and the centre. Dr-Rubber nevertheless reserves the right to help resolve disputes in the interests of its customers and its reputation.

1.8. Contacting Fitting Centres

You can contact a Fitting Centre using the details in its profile on www.Dr-Rubber.fr. You can also reach us by email at contact@Dr-Rubber.fr or by phone on +33 9 87 75 81 20 (no premium-rate charge).

2. Listing and ranking of Fitting Centres

2.1. Listing criteria

To be listed on Dr-Rubber.fr, a Fitting Centre must:

- Create a "Dr-Rubber stations" account under the Terms and Conditions of Use;

- Accept Dr-Rubber's Terms and Conditions of Use and Quality Charter;

- Provide the information and supporting documents needed to verify its professional status.

Once registration has been approved, the centre completes a profile detailing the Fitting Services offered, the types of vehicles handled, prices, any storage fees and contact details.

2.2. Removal conditions

A Fitting Centre may be removed from the website temporarily or permanently for failure to comply with the Terms and Conditions of Use, insufficient activity or non-compliance with applicable rules.

2.3. Ranking criteria

Fitting Centres appear in the "Installation" section and are ranked by geographical proximity based on your location when ordering.

2.4. No remuneration

Listing and ranking a Fitting Centre on Dr-Rubber.fr is free and does not give rise to any remuneration from Dr-Rubber.

2.5. Reporting a Fitting Centre

You can report inappropriate or unlawful content to Dr-Rubber free of charge using the reporting option on our website. If a report is made, Dr-Rubber will analyse the situation and may take any necessary measures, such as removing disputed profiles.
